Schedule in Advance: I recommend booking all 6 sessions now (ideally 1–2 times per week) to ensure consistency and clinical progress.
The Setup: Ensure your camera is positioned 6–8 feet away so I can see your full body for our digital annotations.
Your Focus: Come prepared to move, learn, and take ownership of your biomechanics.
