By the end, you'll have clarity on whether one-on-one work with me is the right next step and, if so, what your path to resolution would look like. No pressure, no pitch.

  • Yes. The Discovery Call is completely free with no obligation to book sessions afterward. It exists so we can both decide if we're a good fit before you commit your time and money.

  • Most physical therapy treats the site of pain. My approach treats the system that produced the pain — which is usually somewhere else entirely. I draw on the Feldenkrais Method, somatic movement, and structural assessment to find what your body is actually doing, and then teach you how to change it. The goal isn't to manage symptoms; it's to resolve the underlying movement pattern.

  • Most clients see meaningful resolution in 6 to 8 sessions. Some need fewer, some need more — it depends on how long the pattern has been there and how complex it is. We'll have a clearer answer after your first session.

  • Something comfortable you can move in. Leggings, athletic shorts, a t-shirt — anything that lets you bend, twist, and lie on the floor without restriction. For virtual sessions, the same applies, plus make sure you have enough floor space to move around.

  • I'm a cash-pay practice, which lets me spend full sessions actually working with you rather than fitting your care into insurance constraints. During my sessions you will receive 60 minutes of individualized attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy, customized to your body’s unique needs and goals — a standard of excellence that the insurance model does not support.

  • No problem — just reschedule or cancel through the confirmation email you'll receive after booking. I ask for 24 hours' notice when possible.
